Rain Check provides peace of mind. It’s a safety net for your dream wedding day in case the weather has other plans. With Rain Check you’ll have an indoor alternative in an Orange Beach venue that’s completely decorated and ceremony ready.

When your Plan A gets rained out, we are here to save the day with an elegant ceremony and cocktail space with fully equipped sound system, cocktail tables, cash bar, fairy lighting, bridal changing room, ample parking, and it’s all easily accessible.

What is Included?

• An hour and a half venue rental
• Your choice of a 3-Pole arbor or a Circle of Love arbor, both decorated with white florals and draping – your wedding planner can even come in and add your colors.
• Chairs with white chair covers; complete set up and take-down services
• Bridal changing room
• Ceremony music
• Small table for your Officiant to use for Sand Ceremony.
• A Cash Bar will also be available for your guests.

How Much Does It Cost?

$250.00 – 120 or more days prior
$375.00 – 119 to 90 days prior
$500.00 – 89 to 60 days prior
$750.00 – 59 to 30 days prior

How Does It Work?

Simply fill out the form below and submit it. We will contact you within 24 hours for final details and to confirm the date and time. Once you have booked your date and time, you will be provided contact information for our onsite coordinator.

Once finalized, we will reserve the venue for that day and time. If you want to have your ceremony inside due to inclement weather, you simply call or text our onsite coordinator by 5pm the day before your ceremony and you’re all set.

There is no additional cost if you end up needing to use the service. The cost is not refundable once booked.
